In most cases you can book the service 3 hours in advance. However, if you need transportation between midnight and 6 a.m. please book it 12 hours in advance.
The driver will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange the exact meeting point. Please keep in mind it is very important for you to have a WhatsApp number and internet connection once you arrive in Colombia, especially if you are being picked up from the airport. Due to the high amount of people, cabs and private vehicules at airports, on top of flight delays, the only mean of effective communaction we have is WhatsApp chat.
