At first, you will be picked up by our guide at the hotel. Soon after you will be heading downtown where the tour takes place.
Once having arrived downtown our first stop will be San Antonio park, where you can see some of Botero's sculptures. Botero is a famous Colombian artist, known for playing with proportions. Then, you will go to Las Luces Park and will learn about how architecture with sense plays an important role in the transformation of a city. From there you will visit La Candelaria church, first church built in the city, and will learn about the colonization process and about the former cultures that lived in these lands, way before the Spaniards arrival.
La Playa Avenue will be taken to continue with the tour till you get to Placita de Flores, local market in which you will have a refreshing juice taste of your preference and will learn about the many endemic fruits and plants from Colombia.
